4. Bookings and Cancellations

By booking a service, you confirm that you are authorised to request work on the vehicle and that the information supplied is accurate.

• Please notify us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Where a technician has already been dispatched, we may charge a reasonable call-out fee to cover time and travel costs.

5. Customer Responsibilities
